It is the replacement to the node-waf program which is removed for node v0.8.

nfs-utils-2.3.3-7.rc2.lbn25.x86_64: The nfs-utils package provides a daemon for the kernel NFS server and related tools, which provides a much higher level of performance than the traditional Linux NFS server used by most users. This package also contains the showmount program. Showmount queries the mount daemon on a remote host for information about the NFS (Network File System) server on the remote host. For example, showmount can display the clients which are mounted on that host. This package also contains the mount.nfs and umount.nfs program.

newt-python-0.52.19-2.lbn25.py37.x86_64: The newt-python package contains the Python 2 bindings for the newt library providing a python API for creating text mode interfaces.

newt-0.52.19-2.lbn25.py37.x86_64: Newt is a programming library for color text mode, widget based user interfaces. Newt can be used to add stacked windows, entry widgets, checkboxes, radio buttons, labels, plain text fields, scrollbars, etc., to text mode user interfaces. This package also contains the shared library needed by programs built with newt, as well as a /usr/bin/dialog replacement called whiptail. Newt is based on the slang library.

nettle-3.6-3.lbn25.x86_64: Nettle is a cryptographic library that is designed to fit easily in more or less any context: In crypto toolkits for object-oriented languages (C++, Python, Pike, ...), in applications like LSH or GNUPG, or even in kernel space.

netpbm-progs-10.75.99-1.fc25.x86_64: The netpbm-progs package contains a group of scripts for manipulating the graphics files in formats which are supported by the netpbm libraries. For example, netpbm-progs includes the rasttopnm script, which will convert a Sun rasterfile into a portable anymap. Netpbm-progs contains many other scripts for converting from one graphics file format to another. If you need to use these conversion scripts, you should install netpbm-progs. You'll also need to install the netpbm package.

netpbm-10.75.99-1.fc25.x86_64: The netpbm package contains a library of functions which support programs for handling various graphics file formats, including .pbm (portable bitmaps), .pgm (portable graymaps), .pnm (portable anymaps), .ppm (portable pixmaps) and others.

netcdf-4.7.3-1.lbn25.x86_64: NetCDF (network Common Data Form) is an interface for array-oriented data access and a freely-distributed collection of software libraries for C, Fortran, C++, and perl that provides an implementation of the interface. The NetCDF library also defines a machine-independent format for representing scientific data. Together, the interface, library, and format support the creation, access, and sharing of scientific data. The NetCDF software was developed at the Unidata Program Center in Boulder, Colorado. NetCDF data is: o Self-Describing: A NetCDF file includes information about the data it contains. o Network-transparent: A NetCDF file is represented in a form that can be accessed by computers with different ways of storing integers, characters, and floating-point numbers. o Direct-access: A small subset of a large dataset may be accessed efficiently, without first reading through all the preceding data. o Appendable: Data can be appended to a NetCDF dataset along one dimension without copying the dataset or redefining its structure. The structure of a NetCDF dataset can be changed, though this sometimes causes the dataset to be copied. o Sharable: One writer and multiple readers may simultaneously access the same NetCDF file.
