CLucene aims to be a high-speed alternative to Java Lucene, its API is very similar to that of the Java version. CLucene has recently been brought up to date with Lucene 2.3.2. It contains most of the same functionality as the Java version.

cifs-utils-6.7-1.lbn25.x86_64: The SMB/CIFS protocol is a standard file sharing protocol widely deployed on Microsoft Windows machines. This package contains tools for mounting shares on Linux using the SMB/CIFS protocol. The tools in this package work in conjunction with support in the kernel to allow one to mount a SMB/CIFS share onto a client and use it as if it were a standard Linux file system.

chrony-4.0-0.9.pre4.lbn25.x86_64: chrony is a versatile implementation of the Network Time Protocol (NTP). It can synchronise the system clock with NTP servers, reference clocks (e.g. GPS receiver), and manual input using wristwatch and keyboard. It can also operate as an NTPv4 (RFC 5905) server and peer to provide a time service to other computers in the network.

chkconfig-1.11-5.lbn25.x86_64: Chkconfig is a basic system utility. It updates and queries runlevel information for system services. Chkconfig manipulates the numerous symbolic links in /etc/rc.d, to relieve system administrators of some of the drudgery of manually editing the symbolic links.

checkpolicy-3.2-3.lbn25.x86_64: Security-enhanced Linux is a feature of the Linux® kernel and a number of utilities with enhanced security functionality designed to add mandatory access controls to Linux. The Security-enhanced Linux kernel contains new architectural components originally developed to improve the security of the Flask operating system. These architectural components provide general support for the enforcement of many kinds of mandatory access control policies, including those based on the concepts of Type Enforcement®, Role-based Access Control, and Multi-level Security. This package contains checkpolicy, the SELinux policy compiler. Only required for building policies.

check-0.15.2-1.lbn25.x86_64: Check is a unit test framework for C. It features a simple interface for defining unit tests, putting little in the way of the developer. Tests are run in a separate address space, so Check can catch both assertion failures and code errors that cause segmentation faults or other signals. The output from unit tests can be used within source code editors and IDEs.

cglib-3.2.9-4.lbn25.noarch: cglib is a powerful, high performance and quality code generation library for Java. It is used to extend Java classes and implements interfaces at run-time.

cfitsio-3.490-4.lbn25.x86_64: CFITSIO is a library of C and FORTRAN subroutines for reading and writing data files in FITS (Flexible Image Transport System) data format. CFITSIO simplifies the task of writing software that deals with FITS files by providing an easy to use set of high-level routines that insulate the programmer from the internal complexities of the FITS file format. At the same time, CFITSIO provides many advanced features that have made it the most widely used FITS file programming interface in the astronomical community.

cephfs-java-14.1.1-1.lbn25.x86_64: This package contains the Java libraries for the Ceph File System.

ceph-radosgw-14.1.1-1.lbn25.x86_64: RADOS is a distributed object store used by the Ceph distributed storage system. This package provides a REST gateway to the object store that aims to implement a superset of Amazon's S3 service as well as the OpenStack Object Storage ("Swift") API.

ceph-libs-compat-10.2.2-3.fc25.x86_64: This is a meta package, that pulls in librados2, librbd1 and libcephfs1. It is included for backwards compatibility with distributions that depend on the former ceph-libs package, which is now split up into these three subpackages. Packages still depending on ceph-libs should be fixed to depend on librados2, librbd1 or libcephfs1 instead.

celt051-0.5.1.3-11.fc24.x86_64: CELT (Constrained Energy Lapped Transform) is an ultra-low delay audio codec designed for realtime transmission of high quality speech and audio. This is meant to close the gap between traditional speech codecs (such as Speex) and traditional audio codecs (such as Vorbis). The CELT bitstream format is not yet stable, this package is a special version of 0.5.1 that has the same bitstream format, but symbols and files renamed from 'celt*' to 'celt051*' so that it is parallel installable with the normal celt for packages requiring this particular bitstream format.

cdparanoia-libs-10.2-31.lbn25.x86_64: The cdparanoia-libs package contains the dynamic libraries needed for applications which read CD Digital Audio disks.

cdparanoia-10.2-31.lbn25.x86_64: Cdparanoia (Paranoia III) reads digital audio directly from a CD, then writes the data to a file or pipe in WAV, AIFC or raw 16 bit linear PCM format. Cdparanoia doesn't contain any extra features (like the ones included in the cdda2wav sampling utility). Instead, cdparanoia's strength lies in its ability to handle a variety of hardware, including inexpensive drives prone to misalignment, frame jitter and loss of streaming during atomic reads. Cdparanoia is also good at reading and repairing data from damaged CDs.

ccrtp-2.1.2-3.lbn25.x86_64: ccRTP is a generic, extensible and efficient C++ framework for developing applications based on the Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) from the IETF. It is based on Common C++ and provides a full RTP/RTCP stack for sending and receiving of realtime data by the use of send and receive packet queues. ccRTP supports unicast, multi-unicast and multicast, manages multiple sources, handles RTCP automatically, supports different threading models and is generic as for underlying network and transport protocols.
