liblogging-stdlog-1.0.4-6.lbn25.x86_64: liblogging (the upstream project) is a collection of several components. Namely: stdlog, journalemu, rfc3195. The stdlog component of liblogging can be viewed as an enhanced version of the syslog(3) API. It retains the easy semantics, but makes the API more sophisticated "behind the scenes" with better support for multiple threads and flexibility for different log destinations (e.g. syslog and systemd journal).

libldm-0.2.3-9.fc24.x86_64: libldm is a library for managing Microsoft Windows dynamic disks, which use Microsoft's LDM metadata. It can inspect them, and also create and remove device-mapper block devices which can be mounted. It includes ldmtool, which exposes this functionality as a command-line tool. libldm is released under LGPLv3+. ldmtool is released under GPLv3+.

libkate-0.4.1-8.fc25.x86_64: This is libkate, the reference implementation of a codec for the Kate bitstream format. Kate is a karaoke and text codec meant for encapsulation in an Ogg container. It can carry text, images, and animate them. Kate is meant to be used for karaoke alongside audio/video streams (typically Vorbis and Theora), movie subtitles, song lyrics, and anything that needs text data at arbitrary time intervals.

libkadm5-1.19.2-3.lbn25.x86_64: Kerberos is a network authentication system. The libkadm5 package contains only the libkadm5clnt and libkadm5serv shared objects. This interface is not considered stable.

libjpeg-turbo-2.0.4-1.lbn25.x86_64: The libjpeg-turbo package contains a library of functions for manipulating JPEG images.

libiscsi-1.19.0-1.lbn25.x86_64: libiscsi is a library for attaching to iSCSI resources across a network.

libiptcdata-1.0.5-4.lbn25.x86_64: libiptcdata is a library for parsing, editing, and saving IPTC data stored inside images. IPTC is a standard for encoding metadata such as captions, titles, locations, etc. in the headers of an image file. libiptcdata also includes a command-line utility for modifying the metadata.

libiec61883-1.2.0-14.fc24.x86_64: The libiec61883 library provides an higher level API for streaming DV, MPEG-2 and audio over IEEE1394. Based on the libraw1394 isochronous functionality, this library acts as a filter that accepts DV-frames, MPEG-2 frames or audio samples from the application and breaks these down to isochronous packets, which are transmitted using libraw1394.

libidn-1.35-5.lbn25.x86_64: GNU Libidn is an implementation of the Stringprep, Punycode and IDNA specifications defined by the IETF Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) working group, used for internationalized domain names.

libid3tag-0.15.1b-32.lbn25.x86_64: libid3tag is a library for reading and (eventually) writing ID3 tags, both ID3v1 and the various versions of ID3v2.

libicu-65.1-2.lbn25.x86_64: The International Components for Unicode (ICU) libraries provide robust and full-featured Unicode services on a wide variety of platforms. ICU supports the most current version of the Unicode standard, and they provide support for supplementary Unicode characters (needed for GB 18030 repertoire support). As computing environments become more heterogeneous, software portability becomes more important. ICU lets you produce the same results across all the various platforms you support, without sacrificing performance. It offers great flexibility to extend and customize the supplied services.

libical-3.0.7-2.lbn25.x86_64: Reference implementation of the iCalendar data type and serialization format used in dozens of calendaring and scheduling products.
