AWK is a programming language designed for text processing and typically used as a data extraction and reporting tool. The gawk utility can be used to do quick and easy text pattern matching, extracting or reformatting. It is considered to be a standard Linux tool for text processing.

gamemode-1.6-4.fc36.x86_64: GameMode is a daemon/lib combo for GNU/Linux that allows games to request a set of optimizations be temporarily applied to the host OS. GameMode was designed primarily as a stop-gap solution to problems with the Intel and AMD CPU "powersave" or "ondemand" governors, but is now host to a range of optimisation features and configurations, like tweaking various settings: the CPU govenor, the I/O priority, the kernel scheduler, the GPU performance mode and gpu overclocking (NVIDIA). It can also excute custom scripts when launching games.

fwupd-plugin-uefi-capsule-data-2.0.0-3.lbn36.x86_64: This provides the pregenerated BMP artwork for the UX capsule, which allows the "Installing firmware update…" localized text to be shown during a UEFI firmware update operation. This subpackage is probably not required on embedded hardware or server machines.
