libpcap-1.10.1-3.fc36.x86_64: Libpcap provides a portable framework for low-level network monitoring. Libpcap can provide network statistics collection, security monitoring and network debugging. Since almost every system vendor provides a different interface for packet capture, the libpcap authors created this system-independent API to ease in porting and to alleviate the need for several system-dependent packet capture modules in each application. Install libpcap if you need to do low-level network traffic monitoring on your network.

libpasswdqc-2.0.2-3.fc36.x86_64: The libpasswdqc is a passphrase strength checking library. In addition to checking regular passphrases, it offers support for passphrases and can provide randomly generated passphrases. All features are optional and can be (re-)configured without rebuilding. This package contains shared passwdqc library.

libpaper-2.1.1-1.lbn36.x86_64: The libpaper package enables users to indicate their preferred paper size and specifies system-wide and per-user paper size catalogues, which can also be used directly (see paperspecs(5)).

libotr-4.1.1-14.fc36.x86_64: Off-the-Record Messaging Library and Toolkit This is a library and toolkit which implements Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging. OTR allows you to have private conversations over IM by providing Encryption, Authentication, Deniability and Perfect forward secrecy.

libotf-0.9.13-20.fc36.x86_64: The library "libotf" provides the following facilites. Read Open Type Layout Tables from OTF file. Currently these tables are supported; head, name, cmap, GDEF, GSUB, and GPOS. Convert a Unicode character sequence to a glyph code sequence by using the above tables. The combination of libotf and the FreeType library (Ver.2) realizes CTL (complex text layout) by OpenType fonts. This library is currently used by the m17n library. It seems that the probject Free Type Layout provides the similar (or better) facility as this library, but currently they have not yet released their library. So, we have developed this one.

libosinfo-1.10.0-1.fc36.x86_64: libosinfo is a library that allows virtualization provisioning tools to determine the optimal device settings for a hypervisor/operating system combination.

liborcus-tools-0.18.1-2.lbn36.x86_64: Helper tools for liborcus and converters of various file formats to HTML and text.

liborcus-model-0.18.1-2.lbn36.x86_64: The liborcus-model package contains a spreadsheet model used by the conversion tools.

liborcus-0.18.1-2.lbn36.x86_64: liborcus is a standalone file import filter library for spreadsheet documents. Currently under development are ODS, XLSX and CSV import filters.

libopenmpt-0.6.10-1.fc36.x86_64: libopenmpt is a cross-platform C++ and C library to decode tracked music files (modules) into a raw PCM audio stream. libopenmpt is based on the player code of the OpenMPT project (Open ModPlug Tracker). In order to avoid code base fragmentation, libopenmpt is developed in the same source code repository as OpenMPT.

libogg-1.3.5-3.fc36.x86_64: Libogg is a library for manipulating Ogg bitstream file formats. Libogg supports both making Ogg bitstreams and getting packets from Ogg bitstreams.

libodfgen-doc-0.1.8-4.fc36.noarch: The libodfgen-doc package contains documentation files for libodfgen.

libodfgen-0.1.8-4.fc36.x86_64: libodfgen is a library for generating ODF documents. It is directly pluggable into input filters based on librevenge. It is used in libreoffice or calligra, for example.

libobjc-13.2.1-3.lbn36.x86_64: This package contains Objective-C shared library which is needed to run Objective-C dynamically linked programs.
